Less than a week after Chris brown and Rihanna shared a controversial kiss at the MTV VMAs he got a new tatoo of a woman's face on his neck.
Sources close to Chris insist that the similarities between the tattoo and Rihanna are purely coincidental. "Its just a random woman's face"Really?!
