Luke McCullogh who is captain of the Manchester United Academy squad was arrested by police in Liverpool Concert Square for "lewd behaviour"
The 18 year old and his partner a "busty blonde" who were first spotted on CCTV were cautioned when they were still semi-clothed but they move into a doorway to continue the action.
British Police sources say "They were all over each other and they just couldn't help themselves.officers told them to move on and they agreed but they didn't get very far before they were at it again. We had no choice but to arrest them because all and sundry would have seen what they were up to."
