Last night, a guy armed with a scissors jumped the fence and got into Miley Cyrus's property.
The police where called on the scene on Saturday morning when the stranger was spotted on Miley's garden lighting candles.
The man who was named as Jason Rivera refused all calls to leave saying he was a friend of the star.
He was arrested for trespassing.
Good thing Miley wasn't home when the drama unfolded.
