In emails obtained by the LA times, AEG's Randy Phillips exchanged emails with AEG president Tim Leiweke. In one of the mails, he said"Michael is in his room, drunk and despodent. i'm trying to sober him up "
This emails were part of the discovery in the ongoing $17.5 million dollar lawsuit between AEG and the insurance company that backed the tour.
